63 Bernick Cres, Stouffville

We bought a house on March 11, 2004, we will be taking possesion on June 11, 2004. It's a four bedroom house on a nice lot in Stouffville. It has hardwood floors on the main floor and a finished basement.

Have a look at some pictures I took of it before we moved in, click on them to enlarge. We haven't taken new pictures since we got the house so all the furnishings you see aren't ours. We will get new pictures eventually.

We took some pictures of the backyard on April 14 have a look at them down at the bottom of the page.
This is the entrance of the house. It is 3 steps down from most of the main floor rooms. The mural going up the staircase was painted by the previous owner. The brick wall you see at the back is a double fireplace for the Living and Family rooms.		This room is the dining room taken from the Kitchen entry and looking out onto the street.
This is an eatin kitchen with some nice windows and door out to the barbecue and patio. This is right behind the dining room.
The above four pictures are of the living and family rooms. These are at the back of the house and each one has a nice fireplace. The backyard has a nice gazebo and patio along with a pond and stone river bed. There are big trees all around for lots of privacy. Sorry that I didn't take any pictures of the backyard. I will try to snap some next time I am there.

There is a nice patio area for you to sit in when you come and visit us
		Our backyard has nice little fish pond and a a small fake riverbed running under the trees. You will really all have to come see our new place.
